Week 13 - MUED4002

This week, we were given the lesson to work on whatever we wanted! I of course decided to work on our major assessment, now titled “Soundscapes in Soundtrap”. During this lesson, I started a google doc for Jack and I to write up ideas for our project, as well as directly link to sources we found that were relevant.

I also continued working on the slides for our presentation, completing the information about the inspiration for the project (with proper referencing too!), as well as the information on Soundtrap. Here are the completed slides:

Jack and I then decided that one soundscape for this project wouldn’t be enough, so we decided to do multiple. Here are some of our ideas, which we will probably end up choosing 2-3:

· Car

· School

· Kitchen

· Jazz Café

· Park

· Office

I am now much more confident in where our project is heading, and excited to start recording for our soundscapes!
