About

Isabelle Ironside is currently a student at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, studying a Bachelors Degree of Music Education (BMus), as well as working as an Orchestral Manager at the Northern Sydney Symphonic Wind Ensemble (NSSWE). Isabelle also privately teaches flute students throughout the school year, working closely with the music staff at Collaroy Plateau Public School.

Having started tutoring at 15, and working as an Orchestral Manager at 18, Isabelle has been involved in music education heavily both before and during her time spent undertaking her degree. Now, having completed over half her degree, and having undertaken her first of three work placements, Isabelle hopes to continue to learn more about music education and grow as both as musician and an educator.
